Q1: If there's any complain for the products sell under NC Lighting name, who we should contact for the solutions ?
Contact NC Lighting's sales please, we won't allow any complain no person to follow. 

Q2: How many years of NC Lighting products offered ?
Different products will offered with different warranty, from 1 year to 5 years are all available products manufacture by NC Lighting's own factoires. For other products sourcing from other suppliers, then will follow the warranty accordingly. 

Q3: Samples order available or not ?
Any of your samples order will be welcome as we are manufacture directory. 

Q4: How long the delivery time? 
Different products will cost different production time, means from 7days to 50days accordingly to products and QTY of PO.
